TWE Brasil was founded from the experience accumulated over years working directly in the organization and operation of major events in Brazil and abroad. Throughout this journey, it became clear that many projects face challenges not due to a lack of investment or creativity, but because of the absence of structured operational planning and efficient coordination among the different teams involved. From this realization emerged the opportunity to create a company dedicated precisely to this critical aspect of major events: structuring complex mobility and logistics operations with strategic vision, method, and precise execution.
Founded by Felipe Ribeiro and Carla Rezende, TWE represents the consolidation of this professional trajectory into its own structure, capable of applying hands-on experience, detailed planning, and international standards of execution to every project. Since then, the company has worked alongside event organizers, international institutions, and entertainment operations, contributing to the delivery of projects that demand a high level of organization, mobility, and coordination.
TWE Brasil was founded by Felipe Ribeiro and Carla Rezende, professionals with complementary career paths developed within the world of operations, planning, and major events.
The combination of hands-on experience in large-scale events and a structural vision for organizing spaces and operational flows forms the foundation of the company’s operating model.
Felipe Ribeiro built his professional career working directly in the organization and operation of major events and international projects.
He holds a degree in Advertising and Marketing from ESPM and a Master’s degree in Sports Marketing from Universidad Europea de Madrid. Throughout his career, he has developed a strategic perspective on how large-scale events operate, combining planning, mobility, and audience experience.
Over the past 15 years, he has participated in the structuring and execution of complex operations involving multiple stakeholders, public authorities, mobility logistics, and team coordination in highly demanding operational environments.
At TWE, he leads the company’s strategic development and relationships with clients and partners, while also being directly involved in the planning and execution of operations.
Carla Rezende is an urban architect who brings to TWE an analytical and structural perspective applied to the operational planning of events.
Her background in architecture and urbanism allows her to approach each project through the organization of spaces, the circulation of people, the integration of operational areas, and the efficiency of flows — essential elements for the functioning of large-scale events.
At TWE, Carla is responsible for developing processes, structuring operations, and implementing control systems that ensure predictability, organization, and efficiency in project execution.
Her work contributes to transforming complex operations into structured and well-coordinated systems.
